All Ribbon & Rhinestones items are handmade and created to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours using the contact method you provided on your order form. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
